I would appreciate names of companies that travel to Moldova, Romania, Albania and Bulgaria. Would actually like a company that can arrange these countries for two people traveling together. Thank you.

You could give Green Eye Tours (www.greeneye.org.uk) a try. The website stresses eco-tours (birdwatching, nature,etc) but the owner, Lajos Nemeth is well versed in history and culture. This company provides services for some of Eldertreks' eastern Europe tours but they also do their own small-group and private tours. I've done two trips with them and they were excellent.
