I didn't stay at a B&B in Bouquete, but at a small hotel. The Fudadores Hotel is clean, safe and fairly basic and has rooms in several buildings. At the time I was there, they were doing a lot of rennovations so I'm sure the rooms I stayed in have been upgraded. Their breakfast was nice, but you might want to supplement it with granola bars or other snacks. The staff was friendly and there are lots of tour brochures in the lobby for day trips and hiking.
