INSITE VACATIONS.com I
INSITE VACATIONS.com I guess. It reads INSIGHT VACATIONS on the front of the 175 page brochure cover.Have you ever gone with them? Norma L., Oklahoma
I haven't traveled with Insight Vacations, but know people who have. They are the same category tour company as Cosmos Tours, Brendan Tours, General Tours, Collette Vacations, etc. They can be a good value as you cover a lot of ground in the two weeks. You might want to compare your itinerary to those with the above named companies, to make sure you get the best value. Be sure to look at how many meals are included, the category and location of hotels, and if there are a lot of "options" that add to the cost of your trip.
These are bus tours, with probably about 40 people. You will stay in 3 and 4-star hotels. You might want to research the hotels on www.tripadvisor.com so you know their location (i.e.: how far to the center of town) and their amenities. This information will be useful to you in your free time.
Be sure to have the tour company help you with your visas - especially to Russia.
Companies like Insight Vacations are good for those are visiting an area for the first time.
I have toured with Insight several times and prefer them over Globus, Trafalgar, and Cosmos because they have smaller groups, better hotel locations, and because the group is typically composed of different nationalities.
