Info on Booking.com and a great Taxi company in the Lubéron in France

1). When we got to our hotel in Paris booked through Booking.com, there was no room available. We had to find a room when the hotel was unable to find one for us. The hotel Central Hotel Paris made good on what we had to pay elsewhere and were most kind during the rest of our stay with them. They are remodeling now so their prices may go up, but it was a good value for a Paris hotel near Montparnasse. 2)We are staying at Lubéron L'Hôtel in Apt and would recommend it for really good value. In addition, since we do not have a rental car and are using train and bus to get here, we were put in contact with a Taxi company we really like by the hotel people, Taxis Marais. It isn't cheap--50 € an hour, but to visit the lovely hill towns and take photos, both Olivier Marais and his cousin Alain Marais were great.
