Indochina recommendations needed

<p>Hey all:</p><p>My BFF and I want to take a 3 week sojourn to Indochina summer 2014. &nbsp;We are very independent travelers but we&#39;d like to hire a guide and/or a small group tour for the entirety. &nbsp;We are interested in Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam and possibly Thailand. &nbsp;We definitely want the local flavors but at times, enjoy some nice crisp sheets and a cocktail. &nbsp;Any advice is appreciated! &nbsp;There are just sooo many tours and we just don&#39;t know how to narrow it down.</p>

You sound like you might enjoy companies geared to the under-35 set.  Take a look at GAdventures (formerlay GAP Adventures),Contiki , Gecko Adventures and Intrepid. These companies travel close to the ground, are a good value and attract a younger set.  If you are a little older or retired, look at  Friendly Planet, Overseas Adventures Travel, Eldertreks, SmarTours and Wendy Wu Tours.
