If you do a search on this message board, you'll find names of companies that have Cuba itineraries. My findings are that if you travel with an American company and an "approved" group (have a license to travel from the US Treasury Department) and use the charter flight from Miami, prices are in the $2500-$3000 range. But.... if you use British or Canadian companies for the land portion and arrange your own air from Mexico or Canada, prices drop considerably. Just for comparisons - look at:
American companies like: Grand Circle Travel, Road Scholar, Friendly Planet
British/Canadian companies: Explore Worldwide, Exodus, G-Adventures, Peregrine Adventures (Australian)
