China upgrading toilets

The China National Tourism Administration is building 13,000 new toilets and upgrading 9,000 more at tourist sites, transport hubs, entertainment venues and restaurants throughout China in 2015. The administration has set a goal to build 33,000 toilets and upgrade 24,000 more by 2017.
