Floods in Sardinia

Sixteen people lost their lives on the Italian island of Sardinia on Nov. 18 during Cyclone Cleopatra. Heavy rains caused flooding in the city of Olbia, collapsing roads and bridges, inundating houses and washing away trees and cars. The storm moved on to mainland Italy, causing flooding in Crotone Province.Â
