The Musée Picasso (Hôtel Salé, 5, rue de Thorigny), in Paris’ Marais quarter, has passed the halfway mark in its two-year, €30-million renovation.
When the museum reopens in February 2012, the display space will be doubled (to 2,000 square meters), the 5,000-piece collection will be restored and digitized, and some displays will be more accessible to disabled visitors.
