Funniest Thing for December

Tell ITN about the funniest thing that ever happened to you while traveling in a foreign country. There are no restrictions on length. My wife and I were enjoying a theater week in London and went to see the suspense thriller “Woman in Black” at the very intimate Fortune Theatre.

At one moment in the play, the audience was on the edge of their seats and the “woman,” who could not be seen, let out the most bloodcurdling scream from BEHIND us!

My immediate reaction was to place a death grip on both legs! Unfortunately, one of those legs belonged to my wife, who let out her own scream, and the other belonged to a complete stranger sitting next to me!

My wife is still with me, but that stranger never did give me his name or phone number.
